Q: Did not Jesus say that He was here to fulfill the law? Doesn't that mean it was over?
A: Fulfill means to complete the law. Through out the Law and the
Prophets, which made up the scripture at that time, there are many
prophesies about the coming of the Messiah. Jesus completed every
one of those prophecies. He also came to show us the proper
interpretation of the Law and how it should be administered with
justice and mercy. If Jesus had meant to abolish the Law, would
Jesus have said at Matthew 19:
16Now a man came up to Jesus and asked, "Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life?" 17"Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments."
This is what the book is about. Paul took away the commandments and sentenced us to death.
Q: Are we not righteous by faith the way Paul describes Abraham?
A: Faith alone does not make you righteous. It was not just from
faith that Abraham was righteous. The key is that Abraham was
righteous before he had faith because he believed what God told him at Genesis 15.
Abraham followed God's Word from the time he was called in Genesis
12. Indeed, Abraham followed the laws of God which were before the
Law as handed down by Moses. Abraham's faith at Genesis 15 was just
another act credited to him as being righteous. Therefore, all the
acts he performed before that also went to making Abraham righteous.
But, is it enough to be righteous to enter the kingdom of Heaven.
NO! Paul knew that! You also have to be one of the Chosen and being
chosen requires you to do all the things Jesus commanded you to do, with the
intention, out of Love for God and your fellow man, which intent Jesus told you to have in order to make you
acceptable as one of the Chosen people.
Q: Are you sure that this is the way to gain salvation and a place in heaven?
A: Let me put it like this. When you are judged there are no lawyers to
represent you, no jury of one's peers, and no appeals. If you
believe that you have just one life and one chance, you need to make it the best
chance that you can. The book, Saint Paul, The
First Antichrist does not tell you to leave anything out. It
simply tells you to add back the Law which Jesus preached and
Circumcision which was performed even on the Christ Child; and it
was for that Law that His First Blood was spilled. The book simply
takes you always back to the teachings of Jesus Christ. You are
never led away from God or Jesus into denying the practice of the
Commandments of God or circumcision. You are not walking out trusting that this, the biggest thing
in your life, indeed the whole purpose of your life, is based on faith alone. Millions of people have indeed
approached God with only faith and that faith was in the word of
Paul not of God. This is one of the lessons of the book.
Q: Does everyone who reads the book believe that it is right?
A: No, a number cling to the teachings of Paul. Each person has
their own reasons to believe or disbelieve. Some of Jesus' disciples
walked away from Him. (John 6: 60-65) . Some men do not want to
be circumcised, some do not wish to obey the Law of God and see it
as a terrible burden. This latter reason is a terrible shame because
the Law actually sets you free which was said by John in his
epistles. With the Law, you simply obey it out of Love for God and
you need to realize that it was given you to protect you and keep
you safe and moral and pleasing to God. Jesus taught the Law and how
to obey it, would He have done so if it was ending? However, we
cannot worry about those who do not believe it. To believe it or not
is a choice. To read the book or not is a choice. Whether you are
going down the narrow road to salvation or the wide road to
perdition and damnation is also a choice. So choose wisely.
Q: What else is in the Book?
A: There are things in the book that you may have heard of and things that you many not have heard. For instance it discusses the concept of the eighth day of Creation. While popular in early Christianity, this has not been discussed much in the last Millennium or so. Then there is the concept of moving from dark to light and from death to life which was demonstrated in little things like the Jews starting their day at sunset, the dietary laws, and other things. The book tells you the truth about why Christmas is on the 25th of December and not some inane thought about a Roman Holiday which is a profanity of Christmas. Finally you will find a must read the explanation of John 21 and what the number 153 stands for and that Peter was actually demoted from leader of the Church. It is slow read with every sentence pregnant with thought. One Doctor who has been reading it contacted me and told me that by reading a page or two and thinking about it, she has learned a great deal about why things happened in her life. Hey, it was not written for that, but like so many things you take away what you put into it.
Are there not only 3 Antichrists with Napoleon and Hitler being the first two?
No, there are not just three Antichrists. You must
understand that the term Antichrist was first used by the Apostle
John in his Epistles where he says there are many antichrists. The
term is not used in his book of Revelation. The concept of three
Antichrists was brought about through the writings of Nostradamus
and the followers of this sixteenth century physician and seer. He
wrote his prophecies in quatrains which are coded or not clear and
many cannot be defined until after the event happens. So some have
combined his writings with John's Book of Revelations, the
prophecies of Daniel, and parts of the Epistles of Paul and
formulated a theology of the "End Times." This has brought about
great speculation as to whom Nostradamus's third antichrist will be.
So, be aware that while Nostradamus defined antichrist as one of
great evil who would kill many people and cause misery and hate
throughout the world, John defined "Antichrist" as one who taught
the opposite of Jesus Christ and would lead people away from the
teachings of Jesus Christ. Even Jesus said, "Do not be afraid of
those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and
body in hell." Matthew 10:28
